And Big Return in between " " because... He'll have a match against Justin Gabriel in a House Show. Justin Gabriel is now a jobber, but even if Wade wins his match (and it's not guaranteed), it's far from the big triumphant return WWE had promised earlier. I mean, you don't bring back someone whom you have big plans for, in a... house show in a small match with no interest, and no Big-Feud level. No offense for Justin, but he has nothing our jackal could be interested in... :/ And, the day before, in the Japan tour, Wade will face... Yoshi Tatsu. Unless WWE decides to make Yoshi loses in his own country (how to get the crowd against you), I'm sadly expecting Wade to... lose to a jobber -___- www.wrestlinginc.com/wi/news/2012/0804/554962/wade-barrett/

I wish his big return would have happened in the US but I can see WWE testing Wade out in Japan to make sure he is ready to go. I wish I could be there but I am sure pics will be posted quickly on here.

Yet another fail by WWE. Bravo. -_- What's the point of his promo then?

I really don't think that the Japan site updated their show. Why would Laurinaitis be scheduled to be with Big Show against Sheamus? Why would the WWE tape that promo for Wade and then have him return over there? None of this really makes any sense to me so I don't believe it.

Yeah, it makes sense that they want to make sure he's okay for a return to live TV. Glad he's doing well.

To see if he's ok to return on TV, they don't need a House Show. They can test him, even in FCW while he was there. And they can rehearse away from the camera. Other superstars didn't have that to be "tested". It's like WWE either has no idea for him, or doesn't trust his potential :,(

Wait, so if Wade is set to return on the 8th of August...why would they be airing his promo video in the fall...?

its called getting rid of ring rust, so it won't matter whether its win, lose or draw, jeez.
every injured superstar for as long as i've been watching the wwe has worked houseshows prior to their big in ring return.
sometimes there is an exception, but that is the general rule, work houseshow to work off ring rust.

I agree. I can see him working house shows for awhile. Especially over seas, to work out the ring rust and try things out.

Thought he was getting rid of the ring rust at FCW? Not all superstars who have been injured come back during a houseshow. A lot of them do have big returns. And obviously from how things were going for Wade before his unfortunate injury, it would make better sense if they brought him back in a way that made more of an impact. He doesn't have to be in a match, WWE can write him into a major storyline in another way. Not only that, his promo is coming out in the fall so it doesn't make sense for him to come back on the 8th of August. That seems a little odd...

Exactly, Orton did not go to FCW after his injuries, even HHH. This is a bad call by WWE to do this to Wade!
