...It would be interesting to see Wade as a face though.
Wade was face a long time ago, and ... uh... personally, I agree with him when he says he wasn't comfortable in how to entertain the crowd (but he wasn't too bad either, but he looked a bit clumsy
It was cute
).
But if he had to turn Face now, he is REALLY more at ease with the crowd. Yet, he would never be a Happy-go-lucky Face like Heath was as a Face on NXT, or like CENA was as a Face for YEARS (I consider Cena on his way to the Heel-turn, now. Remember Monday?)
(oh, C'mon Cena...! This is a bit too much, here... ) Orton as a Heel, Cena as a Heel, they won't be the typical Heels you usually see at the WWE. Less Stereotypical.
Cena as a Heel will probably still follow his principles and never attack in a pack against one isolated guy (Hellooooooo Nexus!
)
Same thing for Wade as a Face. I don't think he'd turn all nice and groovy. He'd probably continue attacking people in the back when he can, and avoid putting himself into danger if it's not absolutely necessary, but he'd fight for a "better cause".
And I know it's probably difficult for most of you to picture Wade as a Face, but a year ago, would you have imagined SHEAMUS as a Face? Two months ago, would you have imagined R-TRUTH back as a Face (but still crazy)? What to think about the plans from WWE to turn Mark Henry Face in a near future?
Remember also, back in June 2010, when the NEXUS tried to apologize to the WWE Universe and to the other Superstars, it was typically a Face-turn scenario. Of course, it was meant to fail for the Storyline, and the public's reaction helped a lot.
But that day, for a brief moment, the NEXUS was Face.
So, as I see how quickly some people make a 180° these days (remember how quickly Justin Gabriel turned Face after Heath Slater got a tantrum out of nowhere?), if everything keeps working like this, I foresee a Face-turn for Wade by 2015 (after a couple of years as Top Heel
).
