Oh, well, perhaps BACKSTAGE!!! But do you think that WWE decided to remove him from the MITB about all the buzz which happened online, everybody discussing about how he was supposed to be the MITB winner at WM28, so WWE considered it as a leak and changed plans for him? At SUMMERSLAM, WWE title is already busy with Cena vs Punk, and probably THE ROCK mixed in it... Do you think he'll be back on SuperSlam for the WHC title, knowing that there's already Dolph Ziggler waiting for it with the MITB briefcase, or would you like to see him in a new kind scenario?

I think that's probably what it was. The hype for his return wouldn't have been as big due to the spoilers; people would expect it. It was a pretty smart move on behalf of the WWE. They've had a lot of superstars return during PPVs, so it would be just as big if not more impressive if he returned on either Raw or Smackdown.

How do these things get leaked out though? That's my question. What ever is thought up in creative's meetings should stay between them and those who need to know. Shame for Wade if that is true. I just hope that they will think of a better angle for his return in it's place. xx

Well, Bev, unfortunately I think I know how the MITB got leaked the 1st time and it's pretty sad because it's totally stupid. Maybe it wasn't actually a "leak". On March 2nd, I wrote an article on www.catch-au-quotidien.fr ("Daily Wrestling" in French - the equivalent of BleacherReport in Europe), speaking about five different THEORIES, five ways how WWE could exploited Wade's return after his recovery. The 5th one was the MITB scenario (where I explained that whatever reason why WWE had moved the MITB match from WM28 to later in the year, this could be one of the plausible reasons), and I created this picture to illustrate it: A few hours later, the MITB info exploded all over social networks. As it was still fresh, it was still easy to track back (based on the publishing time and mentions) and I arrived on Lordsofpain, and just before that, on a post on WWE.FR (official WWE site, French version) forum, which was actually... my 5th theory, copy-pasted, taken out of context, and using my picture as illustration to reinforce it. I wrote afterwards the English translation of my C-A-Q article here on www.wade-Barrett.com, just to recall it was a THEORY!!! So, in brief, it appears that some stupid guy on WWE.FR took a part of my C-A-Q article, forgot - of course - to mention the source, presented it as a FACT, caught the attention of people from LordsofPain... and you know the rest. So, IF this is what happened (thus, if Lordsofpain didn't write their article on an actual leak), I'll be sad for Wade if that's what cost him his MITB match... But I WON'T take the RESPONSIBILITY of it!
