UPDATE 7: PWInsider has more information on what went down as Lawler's medical emergency began. The site notes that Lawler had a long day of travel from Aruba to Raw in Montreal, though it isn't know if that was a factor. One fan at ringside noted Lawler seemed as if he began snoring just before he collapsed and before that had spoken with an employee at ringisde. Lawler then grabbed his arm and turned blueish, which could be indicative of a heart attack, as he fell.
EMTs and WWE medical personnel were immediately on the scene and administered medical assistance. Lawler was rushed backstage after being put on a stretcher and was taken to the hospital. The roster was very shaken up by the whole situation backstage.
UPDATE 6: Fox Sports says that according to a source close to the situation, Jerry Lawler is believed to have suffered a heart attack or (more likely) a stroke. The source noted that Lawler was able to get immediate treatment due to the medical personnel being at ringside.
Jim Ross also tweeted about the incident, posting:
know what you know re: Jerry Lawler's medical condition. My dear friend will fight. Please pray for him. We're all hurting.
No updates on the King. Hospitalized in Montreal. Tests being done. Going to be a long night here in (Oklahoma). Wish I was in Montreal. Pray.
UPDATE 5: Michael Cole announced at the end of Monday's WWE Raw that Jerry Lawler's condition had stabilized. Cole said Lawler was breathing on his own and his heart was beating on its own. He again noted that Lawler was waiting for a CT scan.
UPDATE 4: PW Torch has spoken to Lawler's long-time friend and business partner Randy Hales, who says that Lawler hasn't had any recent health issues and has seemed very happy and healthy, staying active thanks to the help of a twenty-something girlfriend.
The site adds that according to Michael Cole, Lawler is responsive and reacting to light. He's in an isolated part of the emergency room and is waiting to undergo a cat scan.
Cole said, "In typical Jerry Lawler fashion, he is fighting hard...Come on, King, get through this."
UPDATE 3: Michael Cole has returned to commentary and said that Jerry Lawler passed out at ringside and collapsed. Cole said that Lawler has been taken to a local hospital and is receiving oxygen and is breathing on his own. Cole said that their prayers are with him and that out of respect, there will be no further commentary for the show.
UPDATE 2: Bryan Alvarez has posted the following:
Apparently there is some discussion of scrapping the rest of the show
Cole pulled off commentary
UPDATE: F4WOnline reports that Lawler had was appeared like a seizure and he was carried back to the backstage area. The crew is cleaning the floor; Lawler may have vomited and he did fall off his chair.
The report says that backstage during the commercial break, people were "running all over the place seemingly not knowing what to do."

Something is going on with Jerry Lawler right now at the commentary table... It looks like he collapsed. Not part of show.
He is being carried away by personnel to the backstage area. He appeared unconscious as he was being carried.
I sincerely hope Jerry is OK. When I looked over he was hunched over convulsing in his seat and collapsed, then multiple ppl carried him out
